Data Deletion Instructions

Maulin Parikh Digital Marketing Ltd. (“MPDM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) allows you to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This page explains how.
Who This Applies To
This applies to:
- Website visitors and contacts who have submitted information to us directly (for example, through a contact form on maulinparikh.ca).
- Individuals whose information was submitted through a lead form on an advertising campaign that MPDM manages on behalf of one of our clients, using the MPDM Marketing API or similar tools.
How to Request Deletion
To request that we delete your information, email us at info@maulinparikh.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your name and the email address or phone number associated with the information you want removed.
- If known, the business or ad campaign through which you provided your information (for example, the name of the business whose ad or form you filled out).
What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity to the extent reasonably necessary. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you in our own systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons, in which case we will let you know what is retained and why.
If your information was originally collected on behalf of one of our clients (for example, through that client’s own lead ad), we will also notify the relevant client of your request, since they may hold their own copy of that information separately from MPDM and may need to action the deletion in their own systems as well.
